The rules for using Who Wants What, in plain words. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Last updated 4 October 2026.
Who Wants What (whowantswhat.eu) is a place to post what you want, offer what you have, share what you're building, and run an online store. It's run by Muhammad Zahid (“we”, “us”).
We provide the platform; we don't sell anything ourselves. When you buy from a store, the contract is between you and that store. When you make a deal through a post, it's between you and the other person. We're not a party to those sales or deals.
Wants, offers, ideas, responses, messages, product listings and photos are “your content”. Post only what's true, what you have the right to share, and what you're actually able to provide.
You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you let us show, store and copy it on the site and in search results and previews of the site, for as long as it's on Who Wants What. This ends when you delete it, except where others already received it (for example a message you sent).
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts and stores that break these rules, or that put other users at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why.
If you open a store, you're the seller. You're responsible for:
The orders your store receives are your records. If you delete your store, they're deleted with it, so keep your own copies of anything you need to keep by law.
Your order is with the store, under its prices and conditions. Questions about delivery, returns or refunds go to the store first: you can chat with it from your orders. If a store doesn't answer or behaves badly, tell us at hello@whowantswhat.eu and we'll look into it, but the store, not us, is responsible for the sale.
Pay only through the payment options shown at checkout. Card payments aren't live yet; cash on delivery is paid to the store or its courier.
Who Wants What is free to use today. If we ever add fees, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and they'll never apply to anything you did before.
Features marked “Coming soon” (such as card payments, delivery by us, and AI tools) are plans, not promises. They may change or not arrive.
We work hard to keep the site running and safe, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We don't check every post, store or user, and we're not responsible for what users post, sell or do, or for deals and sales between users.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, for example for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We can close accounts or stores that break these terms, and we may change or stop parts of the service; if we stop the service, we'll give you reasonable notice to save what you need.
We may update these terms as the site grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you on the site before they apply. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the service and to you. If you're a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please email us: most problems can be solved quickly.
Questions about these terms, a problem with a store or a user, or something you think breaks the rules: hello@whowantswhat.eu. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
