It can handle rent invoicing and reminders, bank reconciliation, lease and tenant records, repair coordination, tenant communications, compliance deadlines, rent indexation, and short-stay turnovers. The key idea is controlled automation: routine tasks can run automatically, while consequential actions-such as spending above a set limit, formal notices, lease termination, or deposit deductions-pause and require the owner's approval. Every action is logged with its reasoning and the rule that triggered it.
